Why We Created This Program


We’ve been where you are. Both of us have battled our relationships with food and weight for decades, always wondering why nothing seemed to work. Then we had our breakthrough moment—a lightbulb realization that the reasons we couldn’t lose weight weren’t about willpower or discipline. They were rooted in something deeper, something no one ever talks about.

When we found Marianne Williamson’s book, A Course in Weight Loss, it was transformative. It opened our eyes to the core reasons behind why so many people, including us, have been stuck in this cycle. We decided to take this journey together, knowing that healing is exponentially more powerful when it happens in community. And we thought—why stop there? Let’s invite others into this journey with us.

My purpose is to help others heal themselves, free their minds, and connect their bodies and souls. I am here to raise the collective vibration and activate remembrance of who you are and who you came here to be.

For the past decade, I have studied and been trained in modalities such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kundalini Activation, Applied Kinesiology, Ayurveda, breathwork, Yin Yoga, and more. I also hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from a Naturopathic Medical School.

Although these credentials enable me to do this holistic work, they pale in comparison to the experience that comes from being someone who has lived with chronic pain and illness. Someone who has been where you are. Someone who has been stuck in a life, a body, and a job that never felt aligned. That is the real reason why I am here doing this work.
