How to Create Your Own Seasonal Reset
Mar 18, 2025
Spring is all about new beginnings, but let’s be real—if we don’t pause to reset first, we’re just bringing old patterns into a new season. So, how do you actually reset in a way that helps you move forward with clarity and intention? Here’s how:
1. Clean Out What’s Not Serving You
Before planting new seeds, you have to clear the weeds. This isn’t just about Marie Kondo-ing your closet (though, hey, if you’re into that, go for it). Think about your routines, habits, and even relationships. What’s been draining you? What needs to be released?
2. Identify Your True Priorities
We tend to set goals based on what we think we should want instead of what actually aligns with our needs. Ask yourself: What do I want more of in my life? Then, reverse-engineer your habits and daily rituals to support that.
3. Create a Morning Ritual for the Season
The way you start your day sets the tone for everything. Try:
-
A five-minute gratitude practice to ground yourself.
-
A short movement session (walk, stretch, dance—whatever feels good).
-
Journaling a single sentence about what you’re planting in your life that day.
4. Build in Accountability
Big shifts don’t happen in isolation. Share your intentions with a trusted friend or community (psst…this is what we do inside The Sisterhood). Having a space where you can check in and celebrate wins—big or small—makes all the difference.
This season is an invitation. To reset. To plant. To grow.
